I know a lot of people who suffer from social anxiety and I was wondering if you can give us sort of some general guidance on this experience and perhaps tell us what somebody could do if they are in social circumstances and they feel anxiety what they can do to ease that?
Social anxiety as you term it, is expectations on self that one has to be a certain way in order to fit.
And if one were simply to be, to meditate into beingness, the first thing that would come up is what you’re supposed to be. And you will realise what you are being, is not what you are expected to be, it is not even remotely in the same league.
So one learns to be. When one truly can be, one is all powerful. Because the divine force is all powerful.
Then one has nothing to prove.
When you have nothing to prove you can be who you are, in the circumstances you are not trying to impress anybody, you are not wanting to be friends with anybody, you are not wanting anything at all, you are contained. You are sitting in your personal field of influence and nothing is coming in to disturb it.
Then you can decide to do something so valuable that is to look for anybody else with such anxiety and draw them in to release it. Just to even talk to them and bring them to feel comfortable will affect them, because they will feel you, they will feel inside of themselves what is happening and they will discover for themselves their own degree of worthiness.
So you will have provided support and you have provided intelligence for the collective consciousness.
Does this follow?
Because then, as you are even doing this you realise, my own anxiety was filling the room with others anxiety and all these people are behaving in a certain way to meet the expectations they think are required.
Okay, so what if you're in a situation though where you don't feel that there's anyone that you can reach out to and help, that maybe you're in a room with only two or three people and they seem very comfortable and perhaps even extroverted and you are not feeling that way, what would you recommend they do then?
I want to come back to meditation and learning to be.
Because no matter what you have placed expectations on yourself.
If there are no expectations, there is nothing to do. They might all be extroverted, they might all be seemingly comfortable, they might even all know each other over many times together, but I want to say someone who is being will disturb that. There is nothing more powerful than simply being.

And I want to come back to the meditation, to find that degree of being where there is no expectation, there is nothing to prove to yourself or others, there is no one to blame, there is no victims, then one assumes the responsibility of creating one's total experience.

You understand the depth of all of this. It seems as if it is outside of normal consciousness, but what I am saying, it is consciousness in all its degrees, all of its distinctions.
Because you go into one room and you are one identity, and you are comfortable with all of these people, and then you go into another room and you are uncomfortable. How can that be? Where is the disturbance, unless it comes from your own expectations.
And if you become whole again, there are no expectations for self. You do not have to be anything but in harmony with yourself, which ultimately means in harmony for the creation one is existing in.
