48-Hour Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your in-person or phone or Zoom session at any time, we require a minimum of 48-hours notice prior to the time of your appointment to relieve you of any financial obligation.
For cancellations and changes, you may email libby@channellingmercredan.com to notify us of any changes.

However, should you fail to give the required 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be responsible for an online payment, if not already paid of $250 per hour for individual sessions. You will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours of your scheduled sitting, and you will be expected to pay in full online prior to the scheduled sessions.

By acknowledging acceptance of this Terms of Service agreement, you assume responsibility for abiding by this policy without exception. We thank you in advance for your kind consideration of this important process and all it takes to prepare for your session.

Please note that the information on this website or any of my marketing media, or verbally relayed in public demonstrations, experiences, in person sittings or by video, phone, Skype or Zoom, is not intended as personal advice or a prescription for your medical needs; it is to be used strictly with maturity, responsibility for your own choices and spiritual growth with integrity, understanding that this too can be deemed for entertainment purposes but it is not at all limited to that. If you have a situation requiring medication attention, we highly recommend you seek a license and trained medical professional. Refund Policy
Payments are not refundable for any reason. However a credit may be applied at the determination of ChannellingMercredan.com/Mercredan Communications. Payments for all programs and sessions are due regardless of whether or not you fully and faithfully participate.
There are no refunds for Monthly Live Channelling Subscription Service, but you are able to cancel your subscription at any time. You will be billed monthly. If you wish to cancel your subscription or change your method of payment, please email support@channellingmercredan.com. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for your cancellation to take effect.
