Service Description
Each private session is 60-minutes long and conducted online via Zoom. All you need is a device with reasonable internet and space where you won't be interrupted for an hour. You will receive step-by-step instructions at the time of booking (you won't need a Zoom account). Private sessions all include a downloadable video of the session (mp4) so you can re-listen and continue to get more from your session for weeks and months to come. You may have up to 3 participants in this private session, often couples or family members have sessions together.
